- All units are non-smoking/vaping. A $200 charge will apply if smoking or vaping has occurred in any unit.
- There is to be no charging of electric vehicles on site.
- All visitors must depart from the motel by 9:00 PM – no exceptions.
- No pets allowed.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check in.
- Parties and stag/hens events etc. are not permitted at this motel.
- Quiet hours: Guests need to be mindful of others between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the management reserves the right to cancel any or all bookings.
- The management reserves the right to fix any errors in pricing and availability.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in (May 1st – September 30th) or within 30 days of check-in (October 1st – April 30th). Cancellations made before these dates will be refunded for the total amount minus transaction fees; 3% domestic bookings, 6% international bookings plus any extra cost needed to issue that refund (if required).
