Rates for a 1 bedroom unit start at 2ppl $190 per night and $30 each additional person. (Max 4 people)
Rates for a 2 bedroom unit start at 2ppl $200 per night and $30 each additional person. (Max 6 people)
Off Peak Rates – April 1st – September 30th (Off peak is excluded on public holidays)
Rates for a 1 bedroom unit start at 2ppl $160 per night and $30 each additional person. (Max 4 people)
Rates for a 2 bedroom unit start at 2ppl $175 per night and $30 each additional person. (Max 6 people)
Minimum 2 night stay period for WEEKENDS only – (Dec, Jan, Feb)
Please note that the rates below are for the Christmas/New Year period
23rd December – 7th January which has a MINIMUM 7 night stay
1 bedroom units Xmas/New Year rates are $220pn ($30PP extra) max 4ppl.
2 bedroom units Xmas/New Year rates are $250pn ($30PP extra) max 6ppl.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel free of charge until 14-30 days before arrival date.
You will be charged the total price if you cancel within the 14-30 days before arrival.
14 Day cancellation policy applies from May 1st – September 30th
30 Day cancellation policy applies from October 1st – April 30th

Parties – Boozy parties/stag do’s etc are not permitted at this motel!
Quiet Hours – Guests need to be mindful of other guests between 9.30 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets – Pets are not allowed.
Visitors – Need to vacate the premises by 8PM. (No Exceptions!)
4 x 2-Bedroom Units
Queen-size bed in 1 bedroom with TV and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
All units are fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, stove top, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV in lounge with In-Home Entertainment (Movies/YouTube), Unlimited Wireless Fibre Internet.
2 x 1-Bedroom Units
Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the lounge area. Units are fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen with stove top, fridge, microwave, TV in lounge with In-Home Entertainment (Movies/YouTube), Unlimited Wireless Fibre Internet.
There is a children’s play area on site, with swings and a large trampoline. Ample grassed areas for cricket, volleyball, badminton, petanque, etc.
A long table with seating for around 20 people.
Fish-cleaning area available for guest use and parking on site for your boat and trailers.
We also have an on-site laundry ($4 per load with washing powder included)
